What data we process
Name, company, email, phone number, project description and any files you send us through the inquiry form or by email.
Why we process it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and, if we work together, to conclude and perform the contract. The legal basis is the performance of a contract and steps taken before entering into it, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
How long we keep it
Data from inquiries that do not lead to a contract is kept for 12 months. Data related to a contract is kept for its duration and for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
